Celebrate the ancient art of handcrafted drum making. Immerse yourself in the rhythmic world of drum making as you design and birth your very own unique drum!
Anna will guide you through the day, supporting you to ground, connect with nature, and move mindfully through the creative process.
Using a birch hoop, you’ll learn about the qualities of the birch tree and how it can support your journey with the frame drum.
Before creating our drums together, we will take part in a guided drum journey to connect with the fallow deer and meet the spirit of your drum, exploring ways to honour both the animal and the wood.
You’ll also have time to create your own beater from recycled materials, before we close the day together in a sacred drum circle.
